Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and reliable Office Secretary to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, so a professional and friendly demeanor is essential.

 

Responsibilities: 

    • Greet visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Maintain office supplies and ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.
    • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
    • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required.
    • Assist with payroll, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
    • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
    • Maintain office organization and ensure cleanliness of common areas.

Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Electronics Technician

Job Description:

As an Electronics Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electronic equipment and systems. You will work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Responsibilities: 

    • Troubleshoot and repair electronic circuits and components.
    • Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on equipment.
    • Assemble and test prototypes and production units.
    • Conduct soldering of components onto circuit boards.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop new products.
    • Document procedures and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
    • Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians.

Requirements:

    • Associate degree in Electronics Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Proven experience as an electronics technician or in a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of electronic circuits, components, and systems.
    • Proficiency in using electronic testing equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
    • Excellent soldering skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.
